Most often, we enjoy some sake and Japanese beer with our fish. But we also might enjoy a Japanese whisky, such as Suntory's Hibiki 17, which you might know ass the whisky Bill Murray's character in the film Lost in Translation is making the commercial for, in Tokyo.

To honor your sushi chef, you should order Tamago Nigiri at the end of your meal, as a dessert or prior to any other sweets. The best sushi chefs judge themselves by their egg custard sushi, and to order and enjoy this passion is truly a compliment to those who have made these delicacies a life's work.
